Maldives for the oceans

To commemorate World Ocean Day,  a nationwide clean-up event called #Maldivesfortheoceans was organized by Parley Maldives. Clean-ups took place on 17 June 2023 in 275 islands, with the participation of 76 resorts and 205 schools. The EU supported it and took part in it with the EU-funded project partners (PROMISE project and SWITCH Asia).
