Cleanup on the river Danube

The Representation in Romania, together with representatives from the NGO Mai Mult Verde, and students from the Faculty of Geography will organise a clean-up action by the river Danube. The location will be in the town of Giurgiu and it is based on the mapping of the areas in need. In the spirit of activism and awareness-raising with regards to water pollution and environmental degradation, we want to promote the protection of Romania’s waters and encourage community engagement and collaboration.
