Clean-up action by the Danube

The European Commission Representation in Romania is organising a new local clean-up event by the Danube. This time it will be both on the beach and from the kayak. The team will travel to Zimnicea, Teleorman, together with a group of NGO representatives, and members of the local community. They will be joined by students from the University of Bucharest, and a group of local influencers active in this area, in an effort to raise awareness in Romania about the importance of better protecting our rivers and support the well-being of people living in coastal areas.
