Beach cleanup Bat-Galim

Our 12th grade class organised a beach cleanup event that was open for the public. This was done in collaboration with Zalul- the leading evironmental organisation. In addition, they invited the local primary school to take a part in this event and the sixth graders accepted their invitation. A day before the cleanup the 12th grade went to the 6th grade class and explained them about the importance of this day worldwide and about Plastic pollution caused by disposables. On the day itself they cleaned Together, mentored them and coducated some games. We have collected 194 kg of trash from the beach!!!! This day had a great impact to the environment- community- the trainers (12th grade) and the trainees (6th grade)
