This is the moment we have been waiting for: the EU4Algae Forum is going live, and you can now submit your pre-registration. In the next three years this initiative will foster sustainable algae production and consumption in Europe.
The EU4Algae Forum is a unique space for collaboration among European algae stakeholders including algae farmers, producers, sellers, consumers, technology developers as well as business-support organisations, investors, public authorities, academia, researchers and NGOs.
A sneak peek: the forum features seven working groups dedicated to developing the algae sector in various areas: microalgae, macroalgae, algae for food and for feed, ecosystem services & bioremediation, bioactives & biorefining, youth & entrepreneurship.
What’s in it for the algae community? The working groups, composed of stakeholders across the EU, will promote synergies and focus on the much-needed ecological transformation. And there is more: the forum will also act as a single information hub on algae, offering to its members access to a business corner, a resource library, information on funding opportunities and discussion materials.
Above all, the EU4Algae forum will allow algae stakeholders to take action during a crucial moment and help in the preservation of our planet by raising awareness and developing a sustainable industry.
