The purpose of this FAMENET technical note is to provide DG MARE and EMFAF programme Managing Authorities with technical information on how SCOs could be used to implement the compensation of Article 26(2) of the EMFAF Regulation in the specific case of the disruption of markets caused by the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
