Infrastructure to boost tourism while improving fishers' lives

The boat shelter is situated on three piers accommodating up to 40 vessels and provides a safe haven for non-industrial fishing boats. It contains a launch ramp, an open area for boat repair, a checkpoint and lighting system, and a pier. 

The cultural and historic complex includes a multifunctional hall, a sailors’ café, exhibition houses with workshops for children, a park space with a picnic area and a playground, as well as a seafront promenade and a square with an amphitheatre for small outdoor concerts. The complex is used for training sessions, exhibitions and demonstrations of fishing practices.
